I really wanted to share an essential part of my daily routine to you all! I use a various set of powders to make sure I receive the daily vitamins and minerals my body needs. I truly believe that they are worth their value because the amount usually lasts a couple of months.
Depending on the day and what my body and mind need for my upcoming activities, I make either a smoothie or oatmeal or mix with nut-based milks with one of my powders. Many of these contain nutrients that daily food lacks and an optimal way to include these gifts of nature into your diet.
